In my opinion there are many ways to take a picture of a coin, the biggest differentiators been a cost of the set up. Even with expensive studio like set up (lenses, camera, lights) there will be different results for different people. I am all for sharing our experiences, and I am sure some of the Heritage folks have picked up bits and pieces from this forum.
Perhaps, Instead of saying "I know how they do it, but will tell a chosen few", a better way of approaching this would be asking your Heritage contact if you can share this information with this forum.
