This is the only Mexican Banknote I have though... and some coins (nothing fancy)... Even have one mounted in a ring. Given to me by a member of this forum a few years ago. biggfredd Rest in Peace United States 9104 Posts	Posted 04/16/2012 02:38 am , nena! Even in 1972, you wouldn't have been allowed to import gold to the US. I suspect you have a medal as opposed to a coin, and since anyone can make a medal, they're a lot harder to track down than coins.
