Not sure if it's an offset strike or what. 2 different dimes.
On the side in the picture, it's really easy to see. On the flip side of each coin, on the opposite side (R or L), it's there, but just barely.
First one is a 1970 on left side of the reverse:

Second one is a 1969 on left side of the obverse

I know this is some kind of die alignment error, but just curious what it's actually called. I assume it's not worth anything over face value.
