Arrived today, this little note was sitting idle and no bids at the auction so I placed one.

That one I don't have! Surprised from the centering that isn't a 66. Beautiful note.

about the grade; I suppose the "wider" right margin of the reverse kept it down. Nice note though.

I don't know, the registration as defined clearly on the reverse is about as perfect as you could want.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm, perhaps I should cut it out and send it to PMG ? Nah, I'll save my money and be happy.

Respectable 1934 $20 Les.

My observations see a slight askew in the registration, when viewed from the back. The bottom right corner is a smidge skinny compared to the other three.

Still , a very nice GEM Federal Reserve Note from yesteryear.

I guess you're right, but I've seen worse in 66 holders for sure!

Bought this as sort of a gamble.. Photos look at least AU to UNC. But still only paid XF money for it.

Looks nice, great color for sure. One of the toughest notes to find with decent front centering.

Similar deal here - bought this recently in hand for EF money though it's choice AU at least. Always keep your eye out for motivated sellers.

I sorta bought mine for resell, but I may end up liking it too much. Darn my collector instincts!

The "Woodchopper" is a great-looking note that was printed right up to the end of the large size era, even after the more modern-looking, short lived "Porthole" $5 Silver Certificate had been discontinued.

That Woodchopper note is about as white as one could ask for and with razor-sharp corners! Nice pick-up, Wheatback.
