"SH1311-13 are cut or punched out over SH1310" it would be the date I blurred in photo...

Ah, you blurred the most important part!

It's a big coin, isn't it? About 39 - 40 mm?
It looks like, though I cannot be certain with this picture, SH 1314, or AD 1935. The interesting part is that Krause shows this coins minted only 1310 through 1313

OK, now I'd say the last digit is 2. And it very well might be 1312 over 1310; it looks like it have remnants of a diamond shaped dot (i.e. zero) there. Still, the final judgement is on you (unless you take an absolutely crisp photo).
