I can buy off center cents like this for about $5 each. Some show dates others do not. Would this be too much to pay for them or are they priced reasonably.

Five bucks is reasonable for dated, $2 for undated that far off.

I was curious about this too as I can buy them also for $5 each. I know a guy who has a pile of them.

Nothing to do with value, but I'd only buy the copper ones or ones where the zinc doesn't show through. I dont like the look of the coin when the zinc shows through.

These are the only kind I will buy.Full date and very little zinc showing.I do pay more than 5 bucks for these because of condition and grade. The most I've ever paid for one is $16.00
Some sellers on ebay want outrageous money.Be weary of them

nice looking coins Jasper. I wanted some for my error collection but I would never pay the high prices on ebay. This type of error is more common in the US as opposed to here in Canada.

A couple bucks a piece for undated ones is reasonable. The dated ones can vary. Some dates can bring substantial premiums while others are more common.

I collect off-center Memorials by date/mm.
