It's an HT-46 (Bronze @ R-2) or HT-46A (Copper/Brass @ R-1).

The specimen appears to be a details grade, as it looks to me like it's been cleaned. The obverse exhibits straight hair lines in its left hemisphere fields. Such lines are indicators of cleaning.

Without having it in hand, I'd guestimate its grade somewhere between 'Choice VF Details' and 'Extra Fine Details.' (VF30 - EF40)

Rulau lists either specimen somewhere between $12-$30 US.

My guesstimate on this one is $20-$25. Anyone who collects large cents should find this token to be an interestingly historical addition to their collection.
