I have a 1955 Canadian cent KM#49 in the picture of this cent in the world book of coins it shows a picture of this cent (with strap) and a picture (without strap). Looking at the pictures I can not tell just what they are referring to when they say this can you help ?

same as the 1953 nsf and sf nickels. The letters are flared more at ends on a NSF coin. NO Shoulder fold.
