Hello and welcome!

I cannot be 100% sure with these fuzzy pictures but I believe this is just an imitation of a gold altin (the name of the coin actually translates as "gold") of Mahmud II, the sultan of Ottoman Empire. Both the ascension date and the regnal year seem to be missing digits.

These coins were often reproduced for cheap jewelry and costume adornments.
