I've a few other Maundy's to show but first a word about mentoring.
To me, the greatest joy in collecting has to do with communicating with, and learning from, someone with a like interest. So it was with me.
I had a Mentor who was a real expert in English numismatics, and super-knowledgable regards mis-strikes. He collected silver pieces; I looked for copper ones. We would each watch for (and sometimes purchase) coins for the other. We wrote back and forth about new acquisitions. We shared the joy.
So, whatever you collect, find yourself a Mentor. I can't say enough about it!
