Interesting how the rest of the devices are pretty well
sharp compared to the "No Date".
Sometimes in hand you can discern the date but on this one
i cannot see any in the pic. If you can make out the date at all
it can go G-4. Otherwise just bullion.

I'm basing my assumption on where the loop would be on the last 9. If it were a worn 1918 the dot that you see would be much smaller. It can't be mistaken for a worn 1920 because,,,,well just because the zero (0) is too big. So if you take a look at some circulated 18's 19's and 20's and look at the wear pattern,,,,you can only conclude,,,without any shadow of doubt,,,that's gotta be a 1919 D. Don't ya think?
