Anybody Know What This Old Coin/Token Might Be?

New to metal detecting and found this coin/token at an old south central PA homesite. It is badly decayed and I am able to get some features with slanted lighting. It is a composite photo of both sides. It has a head and shoulders image on the left and some characters, and maybe a soldier type figure with sword on the right image.
Any help will be appreciated.

It looks like a corroded Connecticut Cent. Not enough detail to fully ID.

not a pro but I believe it is a 1788copper, mailed bust facing left .

i base that on the arm the downward angle is only like that on the 1788.

Thanks for your suggestions. The following link shows a close reverse but not the obverse for a 1788 Massachusetts Copper Cent:

Looks like a regular George II (British) halfpenny to me:

svslav - that looks like a great match. The owners say the house was built in the mid 1700s so it fits in very nicely. I have to go back and see if I can find more. Thanks so much for the help.
