I see what you're talking about. It *might* bring a premium. I'd keep it anyway just for the curiosity factor.

Alright this is the best I can get probably but the front is cut or printed off pretty bad and the back is fairly normal.

I don't think it is off center enough to bring a premium. Any premium is likely to be because it is an series 1990 star note. I don't collect these, though, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Nice start note find, but too bad it has that nasty crease going down the center of it. Pretty interesting note to hold on to for a while. Not sure if someone would pay over $20 for it though.
