This 1886 Morgan may be a vam-9 as the 1 & 6 look doubled, and also has a flat strike on "WE" & "R" in "IGWT"...
I have a great deal of trouble taking photos of toned coins, and can assure all that under the toning of this coin is mirror like fields...
This is another coin that needs a conservative estimated insurance value, and a grade for the ANACS form...
p/s - I have never dipped a silver coin and don't know if dipping to remove the toning would also alter the original mirror finish...
