1992 Odd D Penny

So I was going through some change, looking for oddballs and this one kind of struck me as odd.



As you can see the "T" looks funky, and when I run my finger across it is raised, not a scratch or something of that sort, just looking for your expertise in this area.



That's the image of the full coin, it kind of looks like the D was Stamped twice, like overlapped.

I'm sure this is nothing, but I thought it was kinda funky, and thought I would share it with the community.
