can you help me with ID? 1st I think is Elagabalus Nicopolis ad Istrum Mint 218-222 AD 2nd - Augustus? 3rd - Caracalla & Julia Domna - Markianopolis? 4rd - help

The name on #4 reads "MAKREIN..." - that would be emperor Macrinus.

here's the 4rd coin! Thanks Sap Macrinus, 217-218AD. Nicely detailed portrait. Reverse features Apollo standing left, sacraficing over lit altar. Branch in left hand

The reverse looks like it could be Apollo standing with a patera in right hand and a branch in left. Maybe from Thrace? Did you ever find any matches on-line for this coin t0rress? https://goccf.com/t/108947&SearchTerms=t0rressWith the buildings on the reverse it was probably the most interesting ancient I've seen in years! You should re-up the pictures, its a thread worth keeping as so little info and so few examples can be found on the web.
