The name on #4 reads "MAKREIN..." - that would be emperor Macrinus.

The reverse looks like it could be Apollo standing with a patera in right hand and a branch in left. Maybe from Thrace?

With the buildings on the reverse it was probably the most interesting ancient I've seen in years! You should re-up the pictures, its a thread worth keeping as so little info and so few examples can be found on the web.
