It's not one you're likely to find in a typical world coin catalogue. It's a very early Islamic coin, a copper falus. Both your pics are upside-down. The Arabic is written in the old Kufic style, dating it to the pre-1000 AD period. Unfortunately, the obverse (bottom pic) is badly corroded and may have lost date and mint details, but it seems to match pretty well with some of these coins from Umayyad Iraq.
