Now bear with me, because I still know absoulutely nothing about currency...Is this a good combination of low serial number and it being a star note?

Educate me please!

thats a nice note. No tears, three zeros start off the serial number, and the star. Not worth much, but better than most out there. Keep it!

I got it back in change at a gas station...Normally I don't pay attention to change that I get back..but this time I am glad that I did!
