Goin Metal Detectin Today.

My friend changed his mind on the location at the last minute so we went somewhere else. I didnt find anything and ended up getting 2 ticks on me . The area we went to I didnt feel it was a good area but took a chance. The area was a bit shady in areas so I knew I was asking for trouble. I will search the other location a different time.

IC, hit the local ballfields, the outfield areas, (i never dig in the diamonds). They have given me some dynamite finds in the way of old silver, IH's, tokens, etc. It blows my mind what even "new" ballfields give up. I bet everyone else also thought these fields were new and passed! I use programs such as Google earth to get a bird's eye view over small towns in my area, pinpointing the ballfields.
