I'd grade this almost VF.
The 5 pesetas coins of Alfonso 12 are pretty common in this condition.
If the coin is extractable from its mount, then it's a nice coin to have in your collection. If the mount is soldered on at the clasps, then it's only bullion value, about USD 23 for the coin at USD32 per ounce.

Keep in mind that it is also cut in half.. Thats why my skeptics as to what it is? Cut right in half to
Make into a clip / holder.. I know its tough to see it in pics but clip opens up so Each face of coin on each side of the clip

It's definitely worth more as a novelty item than as a coin, then. How much, is more a question for antique dealers than coin collectors.
