Overall, it looks reasonably clean -- I'm thinking PCGS would grade it PF-68.

Couldn't tell for sure if the squiggle above "Ellis" is lint or a surface mark -- I've assumed lint. Also, not sure about the disturbance between the 'E' and 'B' in "LIBERTY".

Just my thoughts from the image posted, but I'm not an expert.

The squiggle is lint and the bit between the E and R looks an unpolished section.
I took this out of a prestige set, Here are the halves I got with it.
