I believe he's speaking to the current reason we have a "customer service" department in companies now. It doesn't really fix the problem, it affixes blame and normally on the customer. I concur with his analysis. I've written CPS of several state's Attorneys General in the past year requesting investigations of certain companies "customer service" practices. Sadly, nothing really gets accomplished; The company gets their hands slapped and they go right back to their old business of non-customer service. Report this Post to the Staff
