I wouldn't mind picking up the 2012 dragon bar. And the price isn't a whole lot over spot. Seems like a good deal. If I didn't have money tied up in other coin schemes I'd definitely consider it. Thanks, Sam!

Has anyone used that site before? How much do they charge for shipping? Nice bars though!

Goldmart has some great deals on some of their silver! I was going to pick up 10 oz's or so. They currently have a 10oz englehard poured bar for 335! And there shipping isn't too ridiculous, only 15$. But for the same price, I could get 10 maples, or philharmonics! Any suggestions?

but goldmart sells the dragon bar for cheaper, and with 10$ less shipping!

(Shipping to me from the canadian site was 25$, where goldmart is only 15$)

Most of the on-line vendors sell NTR silver bars in various sizes. Generally, they are lower in cost than most of the other bars out there.

While I like to buy silver that is encapsulated in plastic, I would worry about PVC plastic for this. PVC is known to decompose over time, releasing chlorine that can react with silver to produce a chalky white silver chloride residue. It's possible that this effect could be accelerated by humidity, time, and temperature. If so, then this might not be suitable for anyone living in a warm moist climate.
