I will guess Spanish Netherlands under Phillip IV (1621-1665), probably 1658, Zc (Brabant Mint), KM 53type. Legend is PHIL.IIII.D.G.HISP.ET.INDIAR.REX.1658/ARCHID.AUST.DUX.BURG.BRAB.CZ monogram (Phillip IV By the Grace of God Spain and India King 1658/ Archduke of Austria Duke of Burgundy and Brabant-Brabant Mint Mark. Coin may have been clipped, although it appears to have a complete rim where the date is only partially visible. My other concern is forgery- I don't know enough about the coins of this era, it is just the colour makes me suggest this- it may be the colour balance of the photo.

This coin looks indeed as a Spanish Netherlands ducaton of 1638 or 1658 in the name of the Spanish king Philip IV. In Krause it is called a patagon KM#53.3 (mint mark Brussels), but it is in fact a ducaton as discribed in the specialized catalog of Vanhoudt "Atlas der Munten van Belgiƫ" (Atlas of the coins of Belgium from Celts until now) I441.
I am also cooncerned of forgery, as it seems to be struck on too small a planchet. Some other details don't seem right.
