I'll bet you were expecting a Constantine commemorative but there are dozens of other wolves prowling in the Roman series. This is Severus Alexander from Antioch, Pisidia, AE33 (making it my biggest wolf coin). This is from the recently closed Frank Robinson auction and just arrived today. It is worn but clear and welcome here.

I'll guess Senatus Romanorum. Any corrections? This coin was for use in a Roman Colony of the highest importance honored by being allowed to use Latin. Many of the population were probably retired Legionaries.

Very nice coin, I've been looking at an Antoninus Pius wolf and twins for some time now, it's not nearly as nice as this coin.
