KisNap Valued Member United States 462 Posts	Posted 04/17/2012 09:35 am Mint marks were stamped by hand back then. This mint mark would be (to my knowledge) within the tolerance of a normal mint mark. Report this Post to the Staff

After a few Martini's, a Mint Mark could end up on Lincoln Nose. On the one at the right there appears to be some sort of marks under the Liberty. S Mint mark appears more closed. Sort of a double line on the Rim too. That thing on Lincoln's Nose looks like he should have used a Kleenex. Report this Post to the Staff
