I am not a coin collector,but I recently was given a united states note five dollars, all numbers in red the symbol is red it says 1963 series serial # A 12953809A, also was given a 1 dollar silver cetificate blue seal, serial # I10279369. I was wondering if anyone could give any information on what they are and if they are collector's items or not.

I found this forum using goggle.
