It appears to be RIC VII Rome 245, depending if it's RP or RQ, it's either R2 or R3.

Very interesting. In my haste when I first attributed it, I didn't take into account the branches. I had it down as Rome 237 with RQ mm, but now that I checked helveticas and included the branches in my search, I re-attributed it as RIC 245, like echizento said. Thanks guys for leading me to fix my ID goof.
