1965 Mexico 'Un Peso' Note - Coin Community Forum

FlipOfACoin Valued Member 474 Posts	Posted 04/20/2012 10:28 pm I have no idea how this bank note came into my possession, but I would appreciate anything someone can tell me about the note. The note serial number is: H934705. The note also states it is a "SERIE BCT" and the date says "9-VI-1965." At the bottom of the note is written "American Bank Note Company," but it feels like real currency. I think the note is kind of neat with the 'Mayan Calendar' on the front and the whole '2012 Mayan Prophecy.' Report this Post to the Staff

The Mayan calendar on this note is quite beautiful imo. Mexican currency has always been very attractive to me.... one of my favorites...
