My experience with such coins is that there is often something under the dirt you remove that looks worse that the dirt you removed. Some you win. Some not. What I see on your photo does not look bad enough that I would feel the need to take the risk but that is a matter of opinion based on my limited cleaning skills. It is also my opinion that many people proud of their cleaning skills are more tolerant of coins that look cleaned than I am. That is also a matter of opinion.
