Great thanks. Also does anyone know anything about this note? People talk about counterfoils etc but not sure what that means.

The counterfoils are the elements on the right and left margins of this note. They are a type of anti-counterfeiting device. The irregular right margin is intentional. It will line up with a stub with the same serial number kept by the issuing authority.
