Can anyone tell me about this 1922 nickel?

Grade, also I notice there are two varieties - near and far (the proximity of the S (in "Cents") to the rim. I'm not sure if the photo is clear enough, but any suggestions?

Additional photo: maybe this can provide clue is it's a Near or a Far...
