Error Creating Mint Set Pouches

I did a search and found these on this site:

Bicentennial quarter - Philly Mint (mentioned earlier)

Add the two that I found and that's FIVE examples of coins damaged by the uncirculated set package sealers. Two from Denver and three from Philly. There may be others on this site that my search didn't find.

If part of your collecting philosophy (like mine) includes Uncirculated Mint Sets, you may want to give them all a close inspection for damage from the sealers!
