Yet another coin with a die crack. Does this look like a particularly weak strike, and does it go any better than F?

I stand to be corrected, but I think this coin is the
World's first modern Olympic commemorative coin.

Difficult to grade the lettering, you have to look at the leaves. A small amount of wear on the high points of the leaves only. Not quite EF, therefore,
good VF.

I suspect the 'V' of 'XV' may be a little weakly struck, perhaps caused by a Grease Filled Die at this point. Same applies to the '19' of '1952'.

From a numismatic point of view, as a 'first', an historic coin, not appreciated.
