beaglebailey Pillar of the Community United States 716 Posts	Posted 04/27/2012 07:06 am It means the coin is genuine, but it is a 'problem coin' and will not receive a grade. A problem coin can be one with altered surface,cleaned, env.dmg, artificially toned, etc. Part of the code on the slab after the decimal should be a 2 digit no. from 91 to 98 indicating the problem.
