Yep, if they weren't they would still be labeled as such. Like the 1976 Bicentianial coins were made in 1975 AND 1976.

I can't guarantee they were struck in 1776, but they were all apparently struck at about the same time. There are no official records of their production and they were not mentioned in print until several years later. But as far as I know all of the pieces are in roughly the same die state, no deterioration from rust during storage etc that would indicate some struck much later than the others.
