The 2nd coin in the dragon series is now out first one sold out in less than 24 hours better get them while you can. Perth Mint website is down right now but you can order them from talisman. |

Now unavailable at the Perth Mint that did not take long to sell out less than 2 hours. Website came back online just in time to pick up 6 of them. |

They added some stock (100+), now it's at 68 coins...

How is Talisman as a dealer? I heard some chatter that their customer service is pretty bad and they take a long time to ship coins. They don't seem to answer their phones? If I get an order placed with them, will I get the coin? Or will they pull an out of stock on me and sell it on ebay for more? I want the coin for my collection and want to be sure that the order will get honored or else look elsewhere. Edited by Hobbes

So far talisman has been good for me but they are slow at shipping, most coins I get from there are from australia so I have to wait for the mint to ship to them before they ship to me.Plus everything I get from them is presales so I have to wait even longer it seems, overall I am satisfied.

Thanks Elk. I did manage to order a couple from them. We'll see how it goes. How do you feel about the resale value of these? It seems the Welsh dragon can be had for just a little over release price.

It will sell good I have sold 5 welsh dragons for $180 each and kept 1 for myself I will do the same with this new coin it sold out very fast so there will be high demand for it.

I hope you guys get some joy out of these coins becuase if you decide to sell in a couple of years and get bullion for them you'll need it to compensate for the money lost
