Bought a collection from a guy today who have a decent amount of 90% mostly all was melt value but this was one I picked out. What do you think the grade is and potential resell value?

A nice F-15 (LIBERTY not strong) and some unfortunate PMD gouges on both sides.

My 2012 RedBook lists this coin at that grade for around $55.

I agree with F-15 but some of the PMD, especially on the reverse, could land this with a details grade.
