Tough call, the damage on the tip of the bust makes it difficult and the low resolution of the photos make it difficult to see the details. Given how the bust appears to be pointed, but far from the beads, with the long serifs of C of Canada, and the smooth chin of an Obverse 1, I would say your coin is a C1a/C1. Zonad or Bosox should probably have the last word here.
