Off Topic:Do you like my avatar? That coin is my prize coin. I bought it from a coworker for $130 and when I got home I found out I had an 1858 8 over 7! Unfortunately its also damaged (a small dot on the Rev like someone tapped it with punch) Nice though!

The avatar? yeah its the one I bought for $130. Its sitting in a PCGS holder with an Genuine (N1 2022.92) on the label. I thought it was surface damage, but its been cleaned according to them.

Its fuzzy even on my PC monitor.

Just remember that thickness will quickly reduce diameters, unless you move to 2.5x2.5 pages. Try putting a snap-together 2x2 holder in a page and see how big of a problem it is.

Oh of course.... It needs to be a specific binder. I wouldn't even want to cover the "slab". It needs to be some sort of pop in mechanism I think.

I know to well the problem with 2x2 snaps. I have all of my raw coins in my collection in them. I had to place them in a case with 10 drawers that hold 25 snaps per drawer, but it does display them quite nicely. I hand cut acid free labels for each snap. The holes were a pain to cut out. I'm very pleased at how it turned out.

JD those look INCREDIBLE! No I am not sending them "drafts of the design" just sending the letter. Who knows if they will even show interest.

Thanks Joe. You should at least get a reply from them. Well cross your fingers and knock on wood and maybe you'll get through and they will do it or have something already in the works that is the same concept or something similar.

It's not us guys. This is Joe's Idea. I was just trying to help him out. It is a great idea and I wish I had thought about it.

Thanks everyone, but I've emailed PCGS, ANACS, and NGC. No response!
