1970-D 1MM-003, W/ Questions (Redux)

i am fairly confident that this is a 1970D 1MM-003 as shown on coppercoins site. only the mint mark is shown for now. my question is about the other die markers described at coppercoins page. in this case none of the die other markers are present. there is a mark on the reverse next to the "D" in united states that could be or become the marker described.

how does one determine if this coin is an earlier die state, or later. thanks in advance>

i posted this earlier this week, and someone suggested pictures of the entire coin. etc. second try. thanks.

I'm surprised coop hasn't posted some pics showing die flow and die state. I always key in on the anomaly itself (MM) and the location of the MM when trying to attribute RPM's. If you can match those two attributes, you will be right 95% of the time. I think you have this one right, just an earlier die state.
