Im just wondering should I get the big 10oz bar? or 2 smaller 5 oz bars. 5oz will take up less space, but the 10oz can stack. Also would it be easier to sell the 5oz bars when silver goes up to $50-60, rather than the 10oz? thanks.

Why get 1 lousy 10oz when you can get 2 5oz bars?

Personally out of the two choices, I would go with the 2 5 oz bars. Easier to sell later especially if silver gets to $50-60.

What I would really get is a half roll of ASEs if I wanted to buy 10 ozs.

I was about to say traevin haha, for the premium on those 1/2 coins (not sure about bars) he would only be able to get 6oz probably

I would go for the 5 oz bars, down the road if you decided to sell one, it would be a lot easier.
Rest in Peace

Worked on my kid brothers: Wouldn't you rather have these two big nickles than that one little dime?

New investors miiiight go for the 5ozt bars instead of a whopping 10ozt bar, but when I started I knew that they were all pretty much equal in value and went with 5x 5ozt bars.

Looks like ill go with the 5oz bars. Or maybe 1 5oz bar and 5 maples to add to my tube. Depends on what he has. Also do you guys think silver will drop a little more this month?

There probably is not a great deal of difference between 1 x 10 oz. vs. 2 x 5 oz. silver bars. Either of these would be pretty easy to sell. I do like the idea of the 2 5-0z. bars so that one of them could be sold and the other held. With the one 10 oz. bar, it is all or nothing. OTOH, there is absolutely nothing wrong with going with ASEs and / or Maples. Both are gorgeous coins that are sweet to collect and easy to sell.

If you're working on a roll of maples, try five 1 oz maples and a one 5 oz bar. GL
