This is what now believe to be a double strike with about 25 to 30 percent rotation between. If you zoom in you can see ghost letters on both the Obverse and reverse. Yes that is just how the Reverse looks, no trick of the light or funny angle. Can someone let me know if this is correct and if any monotary value

Put this coin in a 2x2 and post pictures and someone will give you an estimate on the severity of the rotated die. As for anything else on this coin, the experts here will probably say you need better pics before they can confirm the type of doubling that you see there.

chzman what is a 2x2 I will gladly put them in a 2x2 if I knew what the heck that was. I am but a major new fish to the Coin World
