@ Hondo nice buy on that 1979 Griffon BUT it is not a Proof Like it was sold as a Specimen no BU or PL , 688,671 sold

Thanks, mcshilling! I'm not very knowledgeable about such things, so I appreciate the clarification. I picked it up at a coin show this past weekend for $10 from a dealer who had a bunch of international coins that he was trying to get rid of. "PL" was written on the 2X2.
