Thanks guys, I do have the coin in hand but was being lazy. Yes the luster on the coin seems very nice! Also, it is a rotated die, but I thought this is somewhat common for this era. Here are some photos (with lighting from different angle):
I like to think I rescued these; 252 1 cent coins from the 1960's that came from proof-like sets. Sadly, their set mates didn't survive the melting pot. I had to put a few in flips because they fell out of the original packaging.
