As such?
For those who have not been watching him, estatedoctor started selling items he'd bought from a notorious ebay seller pjd 1966=thas_all_folks66=pamiam003(notorious for selling fakes and copies of coins as if they were genuine)about 8 weeks ago and did not sell coins initially. He has increasingly offered coins- including what I assume is a copy of an 8 real coin:

while he is carefully not making claims regarding this coin, if it is a copy, he is required to list it as such by ebay rules.

and these buffs, which involve no apparent deception, merely a bidder who is paying many multiples of fair market value for them!:

and this one labeled as BU which to my untrained eye appears to be whizzed until it screamed!:

I am at a loss for words this morning. ebay is going to continue to look the other way until congress steps up and makes them responsible for the actions of this type of seller.

ebay has made us all just bystanders as this little drama unfolds. They have a completely ineffectual (and lazy) manager who is appearing to do less than nothing and I don't know what the CCW is doing (nothing that I have seen in a long time). I'm hoping that pressure from the ANA will be forthcoming and will force some action and perhaps some accountability on ebay's part (FAT CHANCE!!! )

Definately cleaned, but the pictures are quite clear enough to tell if it was whizzed or not. Whizzing is such a generic term these days. It could be polished and wiped with a rag.
Rest in Peace

I've sold a few of those "heritage" sets that my mother had. Most of hers were put out by Readers' Digest and are nothing more than a fancification of common coins, e.g. "WW2 Steel Cent" sets which were obviously replated, "Vietnam Tribute" sets with circulated coins of that era. She probably paid a small fortune for them and there is a demand for such sets since I was able to sell them easily enough despite disclaimers although I received only a few dollars for each.

That Morgan isn't any more Brilliant Uncirculated than I am. VF at best. And the image looks suspiciously like those of pamiam003 né pjd 1966 - same angle, same out-of-focus shot at the same distance in the same 2x2s.
