Ran across this one while roll searching... thought perhaps DD but then it looks too flat. In the column areas there is columns to the right and left so that led me to think it is triple struck as compared to double struck. Did my darndest to get good pics! Please let me know what you think.

Not triple struck. Looks like a plating issue plus worn die. Toss it back.
