Guess you are implying that I didn't wait long enough or that I wasn't fair to this buyer. If so I disagree. Three weeks is a reasonable length of time I think. Had I received an email, note or reply to my numerous attempts to communicate, or anything that the buyer had any intent of completing this transaction, I would have been happy to wait. In addition that is what the
ebay no pay procedure is designed to do - get the buyers attention - they ignored that as well. Negative feedback is always a last resort to me - counting this present incident I have only used it twice since 1999!
