Both coins are only worth melt value. The Morgan is damaged and the peace is well worn.

$21.94 is melt for each one but they sell on ebay between 28 and 32 bucks each

Melt value, but don't sell. I hate when people bring their Morgan dollars into the coin shop and sell for melt. Such a beautiful coin to waste if you ask me.

I'm a ham-n-egger collecting cheap modern coins. These belong to a neighbor who
doesn't collect. He wanted to know more about their value so I posted for him. I have no idea what happened to the Morgan date. I do love the feel of the heft of these big old silver coins.
