Tough call without the coin in hand. The obverse looks MS while the reverse looks high AU... which leads me to think that this coin was not fully struck, but struck enough not to call it a "weak strike" - look at leaf #8, for example. Without the coin in hand, I'll go MS-63 Red-Brown.
